As u will go throught the records of the individual team members and the previous records of SKCC, you will appreciate the performance by the team members. as such we dont have a Coach but we all guide each other if anybody feels that a team member or a team is not performing upto its standards. Thats the positive thing we have because inspite of having one coach we (team members "15") plat the role of the coach, in short 1 person gets the coaching from 14 coaches.Thats the secret behind our success.
